What we collect

We keep only what it takes to write and send your briefing:

That is all. We don't ask for your name, your address, or your card number.

How we use it

Your email address is how we deliver the briefing, and your teams and persona are what it is written from. Your Telegram chat ID is how live Sharp alerts reach you.

Who else touches it

We do not sell, rent, or share subscriber data. The only outside companies that handle it are the ones that deliver the service: Resend sends the email, Stripe handles payments, and Anthropic's Claude writes the briefings.

Stripe holds your card details, not us. Sports data comes from ESPN and market prices from Kalshi and Polymarket — we read from them, we don't send them anything about you.

Your choices

Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the emails, and you can email us to have your data deleted outright.

You can change your teams, leagues and voice anytime from the preferences page linked in every email.

How long we keep it

We keep your preferences for as long as you're subscribed, because they're what the briefing is built from. Ask us to delete them and we will.

Age

Scout is for readers 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone younger.

Changes and law

If this policy changes, the date at the top will say when. It is governed by the laws of New York, United States.
